Everything travels chilled, so put your order in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
Herbs and berries are at their best in the first two days: keep the bunch loosely wrapped and the punnet uncovered in the coldest part of the fridge. Brined cheeses keep for weeks in their own liquid, so do not pour it away. Fresh cheeses such as burrata, stracciatella and mozzarella are best on the day. Nuts, dried fruit and lavash keep in a cool, dry cupboard, and lavash freezes well. Melons and tomatoes taste better out of the fridge until they are cut.

Dubai: 6 to 12 hours in central areas, up to 24 hours elsewhere in the city. Other emirates: 1 to 2 days, with some areas grouped on set weekdays.
Deliveries run from 09:00 to 21:00. Free from AED 200 in Dubai and from AED 350 in the other emirates; below that the fee is worked out at checkout from your address. We call or message on WhatsApp to agree the window, so please leave a number you can be reached on.

If anything arrives damaged, in poor condition, wrong or missing, tell us within 24 hours. Send your order number and a photo, and we will replace it on your next delivery, refund it or credit it against your next order, whichever suits you better.
Because this is fresh food we cannot take back anything that has been opened, or that has lost condition through storage after delivery. You can cancel or change an order free of charge at any point before it is packed.
Payment is taken in AED. Your card details go straight to the payment provider: SEZON never sees them and does not store them.
Picked in season, on your table this week
We buy from the same farms every season and move every order in temperature-controlled transport, so what you unpack is close to what left the field. Nothing waits in a warehouse for its season to come round again.
