In central Dubai we deliver within 6-12 hours, elsewhere in Dubai within 12-24 hours. Other Emirates take 1-2 days. Deliveries run between 09:00 and 21:00.

Yes, on orders from AED 200 in Dubai and from AED 350 in the other Emirates. Below that the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Yes, free of charge, as long as the order has not been packed and dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Once an order has left us we can no longer cancel it, but if anything is wrong on arrival the usual terms still apply.

We sell fresh food, so returns cover products that arrived damaged, in poor condition or wrong. For food safety we cannot take back anything that has been opened or unsealed, or that was not stored properly after delivery. If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will replace it, refund it or credit your next order.
