Shipping policy
SEZON delivers farm products across the United Arab Emirates. Every order travels in temperature-controlled conditions so that it reaches you in the same condition it left the farm.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Dubai and to all other Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
Delivery times
- Dubai, Zone A (central and nearby areas) — 6 to 12 hours from order confirmation.
- Dubai, Zone B (all other areas of Dubai) — 12 to 24 hours from order confirmation.
- Other Emirates — 1 to 2 days. Deliveries to some areas are grouped on set weekdays.
Delivery hours are 09:00 to 21:00. Orders placed outside these hours are scheduled for the next delivery window. Our support team is available 24/7.
Delivery cost
- Dubai — free delivery on orders from AED 200.
- Other Emirates — free delivery on orders from AED 350.
For orders below these amounts, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order confirmation
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation by email. Our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery window for your address. Please make sure the phone number you provide at checkout is reachable.
Receiving your order
Because we ship fresh and perishable goods, someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time. If nobody is available and we cannot reach you, the courier may need to return the order and a repeat delivery may be charged.
Please check your order when it is handed over. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the courier and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it. See our Refund policy for details.
