This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as SEZON, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number [TRADE LICENCE NO.], registered address 32 Marasi Drive Street, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SEZON.

By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us, including your delivery address and phone number, is accurate and complete.

3. Products, prices and availability

We sell fresh farm produce and food products. All prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable.

• Fresh produce is natural and seasonal, so size, colour and appearance can vary from the photographs on the site.
• Items sold by weight are prepared as close as possible to the stated weight. Minor variation is normal.
• Product availability depends on harvest and delivery schedules. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.
• We may change prices and the assortment at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if the price or description was clearly incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown on the payment page. Card payments are processed in AED by our payment provider over a secure connection with 3-D Secure authentication where your bank requires it. We do not store your full card details.

Additional payment methods, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer for corporate and wholesale orders, are only available when they are shown at checkout. Large or wholesale orders may require full or partial prepayment; we will agree this with you before the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, timeframes and fees are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your address, traffic and harvest schedules. Risk in the products passes to you when the order is handed over at your delivery address.

7. Returns and refunds

Because we sell perishable food, returns are handled under our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please report any problem within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Storage and use

Fresh products must be refrigerated or stored as indicated on the product page or packaging immediately after delivery. We are not responsible for products that spoil because they were not stored correctly after they were handed over to you.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check the product information and contact us before ordering. We handle a wide range of natural products and cannot guarantee the absence of traces of allergens.

9. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

10. Use of the site

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to SEZON or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

11. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services, for example payment providers, analytics and messaging tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
