The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.
1. Placing an Order
After selecting a product, click the Add to Cart button — the product will be added to your cart.
Next, if you have finished selecting products, click the Your Cart button.
On the Your Cart page, all products you have selected will be listed.
In the Quantity field, you can change the number of items you wish to purchase. After changing the quantity, you must click the Recalculate button to update the total order amount.
In the Actions column, you can perform the following actions for each product: either remove the product from the cart or save it for later.
You can also enter a discount code in the appropriate field.
2. Order Checkout and Confirmation
After entering the required delivery information (recipient’s full name, delivery address, contact details, delivery method, payment method, etc.), to complete your order you need to click the Place Order button.
A copy of the order will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Attention! An incorrectly specified phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may lead to additional delays. Please carefully check your personal details during registration and order placement.
After some time (usually within one hour) after placing your order, our manager will contact you using the contact details provided. You will be able to agree on the exact delivery date and time, as well as clarify the details.
Note: For regular customers, the store offers Registration. In your personal account, you can view the contents of your cart, your order history, repeat or cancel an order, and subscribe to the store’s newsletter.
3. Payment and Prices
The prices listed on the website are final and do not require additional charges under standard delivery conditions. All taxes are included in the product price.
Attention! Only one payment method can be selected for each individual order. Splitting payment into multiple methods is not possible.
Available payment methods:
- Cash Payment.
Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery or at the store when picking up the order yourself. A sales receipt, cash receipt, and warranty card are provided with the product. - Payment via Sberbank.
You can pay for your order at any Sberbank branch. A transfer fee of 3% to 7% of the order amount may be charged, depending on the region. The transfer of funds takes approximately 10 days.
