One of the important aspects of our online store’s operation is that all products sold are certified and covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
The following are required for warranty service:
- a correctly completed warranty card without corrections or erasures, indicating the product model and serial number, date of sale, and the seller’s stamp;
- a document confirming the purchase (sales invoice);
- complete product packaging and accessories.
Please also note that upon receiving and paying for the order, the customer must check the completeness and external condition of the product in the presence of the courier for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and completeness of the package. After the courier leaves, claims regarding these issues will not be accepted.
Warranty service is not provided if:
- the warranty card is lost or not filled out;
- the equipment was imported into the Russian Federation unofficially;
- the product shows signs of mechanical damage or tampering;
- factory seals have been broken;
- operating, transportation, or storage conditions have been violated;
- repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of an authorized service center;
- non-original components were used.
